RHYS WILLIAMS FAREWELL MEAL

Some of you will know Rhys and Hannah. They are shortly to depart for their new life in New Zealand. Rhys is planning to have a farewell meal at the China Gardens, 40 Cardiff Road, Newport on Friday 11 Feb, around 1900hrs. You are welcome to come to meal if you know Rhys or Hannah. I have invited Rhys to come along one Sat for a final practice with us.....if he gets any time between now and his departure.

SUNDAY PRACTICE AT UWIC

Just a reminder that James is having his usual practice this Sunday, 1000-1300hrs. Mitsujiro sensei from Newport and probably some of his students will be there. Good chance to practice with a really good Godan (soon to be Rokodan). He has very nice traditional but very strong kendo. I enjoyed practice with him when he was at our club. Get yourself along and support James.
