Sat extended practice

Remember the French trip? About time we did another one, Ireland?
Anyway, to the present. This Sat is the extended practice that we put off because of conflict in dates. I hope all of you can make it. Usual practice for 1st hour, maybe bit of emphasis on Seme again, then Referee and competition practice. Our team can point us to how we can improve our competitive performance, without of course losing sight of what Kendo is all about.
